    I have leased many items through Aaron's Alana was my sales rep very professional and helpful always answer my questions and if that and if she didn't know the answer she would ask and find out the answer for me. I Went back in a few weeks ago to purchase a television to my surprise Alana was no longer with the company I was helped out by another gentleman home sold me a TV gave me the wrong information when they dropped off the TV to my home I had no remote control they had a universal one that didn't work they try to set up an App one and didn't work, they told me that they would tell your manager to give me a call the next day to see if they can get me a television remote from the company as I was told it was a smart TV come to my surprise it was not a smart TV nor did I ever receive a phone call from their manager. Drew contact me from corporate and am still waiting for a call back for them and my refund !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have been a long time customer. 4 years I think. Always on time with payments, if not a week or two early. The staff turnover rate is ridiculous. Every time I'm in there, someone new is working. Someone new and rude. The last time I was there was the worst. The "Manager" told me he fired everyone and he was running the store alone. I had come to pick up an item that I ordered and no one put my name on it. When I get in the store he asks my name. I told him. He then grabs a folder and takes me to an empty conference room. He proceeds to tell me that I have "charge offs" due to non payment. I went ballistic! I kept telling him I pay on time and have never missed a payment. He then starts treating me like some kind of criminal. He isn't listening to a word I say. I finally remember that I pay online for everything so I went into my account. I started showing it to him and he said " how do I know what that it. It could be anything. Doesn't prove it's you". I made the screen bigger and showed him it was Aarons pay online payment history. He pointed to my name and said " is that you"? I said of course. He then shows me the name on the file he had. It was the name of a Hispanic male. I'm a white female. By that time I was so happy that I proved my innocense I just wanted to get my item and go. He did apologize but it wasn't sincere. I had given him my name. It sounded nothing like the name on that file. Ever since, i have received survey's from Aarons about my experiences. I have given poor ratings each time. Has ANYONE from Aarons reached out to me about it? Nope. Customer Service is NOT their specialty.
