  I just wanted to say this is by far one of the most organized and professional home stores. I was helped by Francis he is an incredible man. Let's start off with his customer service he has a great determination in his sales it's either you walk out with the items you wanted or you are just a complete fool, because Francis has a strong passion in his work. He gives you every opportunity in the book. I will be coming back giving my business. I really appreciate your hard given talent work. Furthermore, I was also helped by a manager didn't catch his name but he also had good customer service. I'm extremely happy in returning to this home store. Thanks guys!

  Unfortunately, our experience at this location was less than positive. The salesperson, despite us letting him know at one point we'd come find him if we were interested because it was becoming very uncomfortable, followed us around the entire store as we tried to have a relaxing shopping experience. No one likes to have someone hoovering around you and hearing their footsteps every time you simply wanted to look in the next room, especially when you try to find a polite way to ask them to back off and they won't. After being told, his remaining went from uncomfortable to plainly rude. When we inquired about a piece, the amount we were told was higher than it listed online. The delivery time from the salesperson was up to 8 weeks, but only half that online as well. We also were informed of a delivery charge that seemed to be contradictory to the sign out front that clearly read "free delivery". In fairness, that may have had small print we did not see, but it was just another reason for us to look elsewhere. We have purchased from other Ashley stores and online previously without this type of experience, so we left. Should we purchase from Ashley again, it will be online or at another location.
