  The sheer amount of incompetence demonstrated by the pharmacy staff every time I go is truly astounding. Tonight will be my last night attempting to pick up a prescription from this CVS pharmacy. I took 3 prescriptions to this CVS last week, but was told that they did not have 2 of them in stock. I was quoted a 15 to 20 minute wait for the prescription they did have in stock. During the hour I spent waiting, I counted 17 other patrons who attempted to pick up a prescription only to be told by the staff that it was not in stock. When the customers questioned why they received a text saying their medication WAS in stock, the pharmacists could offer no explanation. Finally, an hour and 15 minutes later, I picked up one of my 3 prescriptions. I asked for the script of one of the remaining two back because it was a medication I needed urgently and I had serious doubts that this CVS would be able to deliver in time. Looking back, I should have asked for ALL of the scripts back. I received a text alert last Thursday informing me that my remaining prescription that I left at CVS was ready for pick up. Tonight when I went back, the person helping me could find no record of my prescription in the system. Then she went on another computer and "found it". She told me to wait 5 minutes for the prescription to be filled. Ten minutes later, she called me back and told me to wait another 5 minutes. She pointed to a set of baskets and said she could see my prescription at the bottom of them. "It will just take 5 more minutes," she said. Seven minutes after that she called me over to say that, actually, they did NOT have my prescription, it was out of stock! HOW. CAN. THIS. HAPPEN???? I will never go back. I am calling my doctor tomorrow and having my prescription sent to a competent pharmacy. I gave this place one star because you HAVE to give a star rating in order to post. Truthfully, it deserves less than zero stars. Negative stars. The world is a little bit worse of a place because of this pharmacy.
