As many of the older buildings get surrounded by the newly built cookie cutter, here today gone tomorrow ones, Giant is still able to stand it's ground due to quality, low prices, reputation and customer loyalty. I will still continue to shop where I know that the same items will always be in the same isles in every store and my pharmacist has been working at the same store for more years than I've been alive.
