  I placed an order online to pick it up in-store in the Gaithersburg, MD location. When I came to the store, I came to the Customer Service. As in any other Kohl’s store they have big sign in Customer Service showing: ‘Customer Service, Returns and Checkouts’ line to the right and ‘Online Pickup’ line to the left. There was a long line with customers returning merchandises and no one picking up online orders. Salesperson with name ‘Cedric’, told me that I have to stay in the same long line. I point him to the sign separating lines for returning and picking up customers. Even there was two customer service representatives behind the counter, he told me that I have to stay in the same line with returning merchandises. I ask him to call the store manager. He call someone on his intercom, but manager never show up. I ask for manager name, and I was given name ‘Chauncey’ for the store manager at the time I was in store. To me it seems like this store overwriting corporate policies and making their own rules. I will never going to use this store again.
