  I love Macy's but not today. Received the amazing watch pictured below. Unfortunately. It never worked, so went to Macy's to exchange the watch. 1st the sales woman said , "I could not return it because the box was opened. " I just want a functioning watch. I asked for a manager. Now 40 minutes later. The floor manager had to call the jewelry manager. The jewelry manager is now stating they are not taking back tech watches because they are not broken but need to be charged. Now they are trying to charge the watch. This is cazy town. Now they say the watch needs to be charged. The watch never arrived with a charger. The jewelry manager is not in, she is on vacation and they are calling her. Now I have to come to back at 12 to get a new watch all together because it was shipped missing items.
