- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆January 04, 2020, by Michael BZERO STARS!! They assessed an extermination to be a two visit process, with maybe a follow-up. Orkin has now turned an extermination of flies in my apartment from this to a five month, multiple visit process. AND THE FLIES ARE STILL HERE!! I will never deal with them again.

It's very hard to pay bills and have them recorded correctly if you want monthly pest control AND termite control. These are handled by two separate offices that have limited access to each other's files regarding payments and contract information. Definitely NOT a first choice for a commercial building. The people are nice, though. That counts for something.
