  Horrible customer service they sold me the wrong stuff and charged more for the right stuff. Very unprofessional. They took forever changing the receipt to the correct stuff we finally got.

  This was the worst car experience in my life. I took my car in for new speakers. When I went to pick up my car, they had run the battery dead -- bad sign. When I tested the system I discovered they had hooked up a speaker wrong -- and they bent my door panel in the process of fixing it and lost two screw covers. Then the power window wouldn't work, but when they tried to fix it they locked the keys in the car. The locksmith they hired to open the car broke part of the window surround. I took the car back because of a weak front speaker and they broke the door clips. Now the rear deck speakers keep cutting out, but I'll afraid to take it back because they might mess up my car even more. Absolutely horrendous.
