Paul one of the workers said that I should have contacted them prior to the phone giving me issues. WTF. Now I am out a few hundred dollars and no phone. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME. I am angry beyond words.
