  Bought a sofa couch with a promise for delivery in 4-6 weeks, two months later after repeated calls we were told that we have to wait another month. Waited another month called back to find out no one answers the phone or wanted to talk to us. After repeated try got some one: no couch, we will call you when it comes. Asked for a refund, manager named Matt called the next day to issue refund to credit card: no appologies or regrets on what happened. I guess business as usual... and when they are out of business they will blame the economy not the poor customer service.
